Blue Orlanda has been a physiotherapist for over 13 years with special interest in orthopaedics, neurology and sports medicine. He has attended courses and trainings in manual therapy, vestibular rehab, acupuncture, pain management and sports injury rehab.
His unique methods of applying his professional skills in physiotherapy and some good sense of humour on the side has impacted a lot of his patients in a very positive and meaningful way. But don’t be deceived by his funny ways, as he takes serious effort in working with you to achieve your goal to recovery.
Outside of work, he takes special interest in mountaineering, canoeing, and enjoying the great outdoors. He has actively participated in Brampton Community Emergency Response Volunteers since 2008.

Clinical Admin and Physiotherapy Assistant
Bio: Sarah is a Clinic Administrative Assistant and Physiotherapy Assistant at CS Physiotherapy. As a Physiotherapy Assistant, she also provides 1-on-1 individually tailored medical exercise programs. Sarah graduated from Queens University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with Honors. Throughout her University education she worked alongside the Varsity Men’s Hockey team as a student therapist, as well as in the Queens Athletic Therapy Clinic. Here she had exposure to dealing with acute and chronic musculoskeletal and orthopedic injuries, as well as rehabilitative and preventative exercise programs.
Sarah is passionate about the importance of exercise as a rehabilitative therapy for injuries and disorders, as well as a preventative tool. She is also a strong believer in manual therapy techniques and creating programs specific to individual patient needs and educating patients. She is currently studying Osteopathy at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in hopes of gaining greater insight into how the body functions and how to effectively assist in healing.

Specialties: Assisting in the provision of physiotherapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physiotherapist. Ensuring that physiotherapy services are delivered in a safe, effective and efficient manner.
Interests: Volunteering at Flower City Senior Centre. Volunteering with CERV (Community Emergency Response Volunteers). I find great joy in seeing the clients/patients get better and continue with their good way of life. I am happy that here at our clinic we just don’t work as a team – we are a family.
